I am Yosi Goldshmid, an Israeli attorney in practice for more than three decades. My work spans real estate, real estate taxation, civil litigation, and wills and estates.
I advise individuals, developers, and investors in Israel and abroad, including clients during and after their Aliyah. My approach is grounded in a simple principle: think through the end of a matter before taking the first step. By identifying legal and practical issues early, we can structure the work to prevent avoidable problems later.
The practice operates digitally, making it straightforward to review documents, stay in touch, and move matters forward wherever you are. Start with a call or email; if an in-person meeting would be useful, we can arrange one after discussing your matter.
I was born in 1965 and raised in Yerushalayim. I graduated from Yeshivat Netiv Meir in Bait Vegan, Yerushalayim, and later studied at Yeshivat Alon Shvut in Gush Etzion.
I went on to study law at Bar-Ilan University, complementing my legal studies with coursework in accounting and economics — a background that has contributed greatly to the commercial and practical perspective I bring to my legal work.
Alongside my professional career, music has always been an important part of my life. I am one of the three members/brothers of the group “Kol Achai,” which recorded four albums and performed for audiences around the world.
These different parts of my life — law, business, family, community and music — have all shaped who I am and the personal approach I bring to my work and to the people I represent.
Yes, absolutely. I prepare the necessary paperwork and guide you through any signing or authentication required where you live, then handle the transaction here in Israel.
Find the property you want and contact me before signing anything. I’ll handle the legal checks and look out for you every step of the way.
Once you decide to make Aliyah and have a timeline in mind, that’s the time to contact me.
Start by keeping a written record of the issue. I provide focused advice on your rights and options, helping you choose a practical next step.
